Can I order flowers from outside Canada?
Yes. You can order online from anywhere for delivery to a recipient in Edmonton or our surrounding delivery areas. We do not ship flowers outside our local delivery area.

Can I add a card message?
Yes. Add your personalized message in the Order Notes at checkout.

Delivery & Pickup

Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Edmonton?
Yes. Same-day delivery and pickup are available Monday–Friday for orders placed before 4:00 PM. Please allow approximately 3–5 hours for preparation.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Edmonton and selected surrounding communities.

Can I request a specific delivery time?
Yes. Add your preferred time at checkout. Specific-time, early-morning, or after-hours delivery may require an additional fee.

What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
We may contact the recipient or leave the flowers in a safe location when appropriate. Re-delivery may require an additional fee.

Do you deliver during extreme weather?
We do our best to deliver as scheduled, but severe Edmonton weather or unsafe road conditions may cause delays.

Payments & Orders

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and available checkout options such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. E-transfer can also be arranged.

Pickup & Walk-Ins

Do you accept walk-ins?
No. Flowers Shop Edmonton is a home-based floral studio. All bouquets are prepared to order. Please order online before coming for pickup.
