Delivery Hours We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 4:00 PM (Mountain Time). Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
Ordering from the US or Outside Edmonton?No problem! We accept online orders from anywhere in Canada and the United States. If you're sending flowers as a gift to someone in the Edmonton area, simply enter the recipient's Edmonton address as the delivery address at checkout. We'll take care of the rest!
Delivery Locations We deliver across Edmonton and surrounding areas. Delivery fees depend on the location and will be calculated at checkout.
Accurate Delivery Information Please make sure all delivery details (recipient name, address, phone number, and preferred delivery time) are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Recipient Availability If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will:
- Contact them by phone
- Leave the flowers in a safe place (if possible)
- Or arrange a re-delivery (additional fee may apply)
Weather Conditions Extreme weather may cause delays. We always aim to deliver your flowers as soon as possible.
Delivery Confirmation Once your bouquet is ready, we will send you a photo. After delivery, you will receive a confirmation from us.
