Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of fresh flowers, all orders are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged Flowers

If your flowers arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Flower Colours & Substitutions

Refunds are not provided for natural differences in flower colour or shade. Fresh flowers are natural products, and colours may vary from the photos shown online.

Flower colours and varieties are subject to availability. If a specific colour or flower is unavailable, Flowers Shop Edmonton reserves the right to make a suitable substitution while maintaining the overall style and value of the arrangement.

Substitutions due to availability are not considered damaged products and are not eligible for a refund solely because of the substitution.

Natural Flower Variations

Every bouquet is unique and handcrafted to resemble the product photo as closely as possible. Fresh flowers naturally vary in shape, size, colour, and maturity, so slight differences are expected. An exact match cannot be guaranteed, and natural variations alone are not eligible for refunds.
